VERSION 1.38
Fixed a problem in vehicle group maintenance that prevented new groups from
being added when all previously existing groups had been deleted.
VERSION 1.37
Modified the Delete Booking function in BookMan.frm and a_EditBooking to stop it from setting the vehicleID to Null on the cancelled agreement. Also now logs an audit trail message recording the cancellation of the agreement.

Additional Y2K modifications added to allow correct processing of 2 digit years within a date window of 1930-2029. Correctly handles 29/02/00 as 29/02/1900, which VB3 otherwise regards as the invalid date 29/02/1900.

Enhanced reports qovrev.rpt and qovgrev.rpt to show a breakdown of insurance loading. Previously insurance loading had been combined with other charges.

QuickBooks export modified to export negative payment records from QuickDrive as QuickBooks CREDIT MEMO transactions. Previously these were exported as CASH REFUND transactions which QuickBooks erroneously imported as INVOICE transactions. Online Help modified to reflect change.
